Job Description: International Voice Process Executive Position: International Voice Process Executive / Customer Support Associate Department: BPO / Customer Service Location: [City / Remote] Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (as required) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls for international clients, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers. Understand customer issues and provide effective solutions within defined timelines. Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional customer service. Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately. Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and processes as required by the client. Meet performance targets including quality scores, call handling time, and customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Adhere to shift schedules, attendance policies, and service standards. Requirements Educational Qualification Minimum  Graduate in any stream. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory). Strong listening abilities and customer handling skills. Ability to work in night shifts and international time zones. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior BPO/voice process experience is an added advantage (not mandatory for freshers). Experience Experienced candidates are welcome.
