About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President / Director of Coding Operations located in Noida. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as operations management, analytical skills, team management, budgeting, and customer service to ensure effective coding operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred

Required Skills

- Operations Management and Budgeting skills
- Analytical Skills
- Team Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Should have AAPC or AHIMA credentials

Preferred Skills

- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Minimum 15+ yrs experience in Medical coding industry is mandatory
- Work Location : Noida
