How you will contribute You will be responsible for the daily administration and operational support for processes in your area of responsibility, ensuring that deadlines are met and service quality is delivered. To excel in this role, you will also ensure that activities are completed in compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations. You will also work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance, that access requests and issues are handled promptly, and that continuous improvement opportunities are identified and acted on. - Your specific area of responsibility - Administration with a strong customer-service orientation - MS Office, especially Excel - Meeting deadlines and strong prioritization skills - Meticulously attending to details - Working with a case management system - Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes - Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately - Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy - Complete and update reports and maintain systems and dataUndertake additional projects and tasks as requested - Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required More about this role Supports the AMEA S4o9 Regional Lead and Leadership Team What you need to know about this position: You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
