Job Description

This position is for our fine-dining restaurant, China Club in Gurugram.

Responsibilities:

- Good with guest experience and interaction. Suggest specials, upsell etc.
- Handle guest complaints tactfully, escalate to the floor manager when required
- Supervise and coordinate with the activities of steward & senior stewards
- Ensure smooth service, maintain proper table settings & cleanliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely f&b service
- Should be good with MS excel, maintain daily sales report and share with Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a fine dining or similar hospitality environment.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field with lesser experience can also be taken into consideration.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
