Mystery Shopper

About the role: We're looking for a detail-obsessed Secret Shopper to evaluate websites end-to-end as a real customer would. You'll follow a provided checklist, assess clarity and usability, verify available payment methods, and complete small, controlled test transactions.

What you'll do

- Review assigned websites to understand their purpose.
- Execute a step-by-step testing checklist and document results clearly.
- Walk through key user journeys (homepage → product → cart/checkout → confirmation).
- Identify and report issues: content errors and accessibility basics.
- Verify payment options (e.g., credit/debit, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) and submit a test transaction per instructions.
- Validate post-purchase signals: order confirmation page, email receipts, account history.
- Capture evidence: screenshots/screen recordings, timestamps, URLs, device/browser info, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results.
- Prioritize issues by severity and impact; suggest quick wins where appropriate.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and completion status on time in our tracker.
- Handle credentials, test data, and any PII securely, following our policies.
