Position: React JS Developer

*About the Role*

We are looking for an experienced React JS Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications, with hands-on experience in React JS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and enterprise-level integrations.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Front-End Development: Design, develop, and implement reusable, efficient UI components using React JS.

* Technical Expertise: Work with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern UI frameworks.

* State Management: Manage application state using Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries.

* Performance Optimization: Enhance performance across devices and browsers for enterprise-level SAP applications.

* Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, SAP consultants, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

* Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, implementing unit testing with Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.

* Agile Practices: Participate in Agile/Scrum processes sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline integrations.

* Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.

* Version Control & Deployment: Work with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for smooth development workflows.

* Integration: Integrate React applications with RESTful APIs, OData, or SAP Gateway services.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in React JS and front-end development.

* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.

* In-depth knowledge of React core concepts components, hooks, lifecycle methods, and state management.

* Experience with Redux/MobX or other state management libraries.

* Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.

* Experience in performance optimization and responsive web design.

* Working knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools.

* Exposure to SAP backend integrations (OData, SAP Gateway, REST APIs) is a plus.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.

* Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
