We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components. You will play a critical role in transforming concepts into functional products, machines, or systems, ensuring they are reliable, cost-effective, and compliant with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in engineering principles, CAD design, materials science, and manufacturing processes, with a passion for solving complex problems and improving mechanical performance.

- Create detailed designs for mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). Ensure functionality, performance, and manufacturability.
- Build and evaluate prototypes. Conduct simulations, stress analysis, and performance tests to validate designs and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Manage engineering projects from concept through production. Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while working cross-functionally with manufacturing, electrical, and quality teams.
- Select appropriate materials based on strength, weight, cost, and environmental conditions. Prepare cost estimates and assist in budgeting.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop production processes, resolve issues, and optimize designs for fabrication and assembly.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, including technical drawings, BOMs, test reports, and user manuals.
- Investigate equipment failures or system malfunctions, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all designs and systems adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing designs and systems. Implement changes to enhance efficiency, performance, or durability.
