ANALYST - VENTURE DEBT

Investment Analyst / Associate - Private Credit & Growth Debt We're looking for an Investment Analyst/Associate to support our senior investment team across origination, evaluation, execution, syndication, and portfolio monitoring. The role offers full-cycle exposure to venture debt and private credit transactions across diverse sectors. What You'll Do - Evaluate & Execute Deals: Prepare investment memos, conduct financial and business due diligence, support underwriting, structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution. - Origination Support: Perform market/sector research, track borrower/sponsor activity, and assist in managing stakeholder relationships. - Portfolio Monitoring: Analyse portfolio performance, track covenants, prepare reviews and dashboards, and flag early warning indicators. - Internal Collaboration: Work with legal, risk, and operations teams; support fund reporting, investor updates, and portfolio reviews. - What You Bring - Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. - 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment management, credit analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity in financial statements and credit underwriting. - Proficiency in Excel; exposure to modelling/valuation is a plus. - Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and comfortable working in lean teams.
