Job Description:

- Strong experience withPython(Flask, FastAPI) for backend development, building efficient APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Optimize backend performance usingAsyncIO,multithreading, andmultiprocessingtechniques.
- Lead technical aspects of projects, including architecture design and technology stack decisions.
- Develop modern web applications usingMERNstack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Work withPostgreSQLandMongoDBfor database management, optimization, and design.
- Deploy and manage applications usingAWS(EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for smooth deployment and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure high application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend.
- Implement cloud-based solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.

Skills:

- Proficient inPython,Node.js,React.js,Express.js,Flask, andDjango.
- Experience withPostgreSQL,MongoDB, and database optimization.
- Expertise inAsyncIO,multithreading,multiprocessingfor concurrency.
- Familiarity withAWSservices (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
- Experience inGit, CI/CD tools, and version control systems.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor junior developers, and make technical decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skill
