Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions a leading recruitment consultancy firm We are hiring for our Client company details are as given below Company Employee Strength 10 Employees Company specializes in engineering technical systems that power modern entertainment translating creative visions into seamless live experiences through precision reliability and collaboration Founded on years of industry experience in May 2024 the company supports the entire production lifecycle from design and fabrication to programming and ongoing support With a focus on making technology invisible to create a magical storytelling experience Company ensures technical solutions blend effortlessly into creative productions The company is committed to being a trusted technical collaborator and solving complex challenges so partners can stay dedicated to their creative goals Job Details Job Title Electronics Controls Engineer - Product Development Experience 3 - 5 Years Work Timing 10 00 AM to 6 00 PM Mon-Fri Sometimes they have to work on saturdays Work Location Belapur Navi Mumbai Role Overview We re looking for an Electronics Controls Engineer to design prototype and test electronic and embedded control systems for new products The role focuses on hardware firmware and system integration for mechatronic and automation applications working closely with R D and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable production-ready solutions Key Responsibilities Design and test embedded control systems integrating sensors actuators and power electronics Develop firmware C C Python for microcontrollers and embedded boards Create and review schematics PCB layouts and wiring diagrams Conduct hardware bring-up debugging and system validation Implement and tune control algorithms for motion or automation systems Support prototype fabrication testing and documentation BOMs test reports manuals Required Skills Bachelor s in Electronics Electrical Mechatronics or Robotics Engineering Experience with microcontrollers embedded programming and circuit design Proficient in C C and familiar with Python Hands-on with oscilloscopes power supplies soldering and basic prototyping tools Knowledge of communication protocols UART I2C SPI CAN etc Preferred Skills PCB design experience Altium KiCad Eagle Understanding of control systems and motor drivers Exposure to power electronics PLCs or IoT systems Familiarity with DFM validation testing processes Soft Skills Analytical detail-oriented and hands-on problem solver Strong communicator and collaborator across disciplines Proactive organized and eager to experiment and iterate If interested Please share your updated resume with details of your present salary expectations notice period
