Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in budget preparation and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing accounts within a technology or cyber security environment, with a strong understanding of compliance, taxation, and reporting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. - Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks). - Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense reimbursements. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. - Support internal and external audits; ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). - Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for transactions, loans, and reconciliations. - Maintain asset registers and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. - Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory compliance. - Assist the finance team in cost control and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent). - 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an IT or cyber security company. - Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and statutory compliance. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. - Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Exposure to international transactions and foreign currency accounting is a plus.
