To deploy Finished Goods from factories to Mother depots/ depots and to optimize the Supply Chain network to achieve the desired “Case fill Rates” while balancing “FG Inventory” and the “Logistics costs”, in accordance with Sundrop Brands ltd business goals. • Create daily tentative “Deployment Plan” and Final “Deployment Plan” from factories to all CFAs to ensure meeting targeted Fill rates and Inventory Levels at depots. • Participate, recommend and take actions on the minutes of the meeting in the “Daily morning collaboration call” to ensure keeping above the Targeted Fill Rates. • Communicate the Daily Deployment Plan to factories and coordinate with factory, Production and Finance team to ensure execution of dispatches as per the deployment plan for the day. • Coordinate with transporters to ensure that Trucks are placed on time and provide the daily truck placement compliance to transporters and transportation manager. • Coordinate with the Production managers and SCM Planning Manager, in case of any non-availability, quality issues or delays in getting stocks/dispatches • Plan Inter Godown Transfers (IGTs) from mother depots to other depots. • Monitoring status of FG Non-Moving/Slow moving FG Inventory (Red/Orange/Yellow/Stop Ship) • Recommend Action Plans for movement of (Orange/Yellow/Stop Ship) Inventories • Implement actions to move ((Orange/Yellow/Stop Ship) Inventories as approved by Demand Planning Manager • To use ‘Load Builder’ to ensure 100% utilization of trucks in deployment plan. • Daily analysis of each Truck to ensure that Correct Truck Types are chosen and the Truck fill is maximized • Minimize unplanned IGTs • Daily create/release Internal Requisitions (IR) and obtain required approvals for IR; • Analyze and to take/recommend adequate actions to reduce the manual IRs as per the targeted goals to maximum utilize the Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) system. • Analyze the output from “Supply Network Optimizer” System (SNO) and take actions to ensure the Total Cost is optimized. Selecting the transporters and choice of trucks for facilitating full truck load dispatches. Qualification: Graduation in Arts/Commerce/Science/Engg 3-5 Years relavant experience Data management and Excel Skills Analytical Skills Communication Skills
