Your Skills And Experience Domain Skills - Over 5 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, with 3+ year focused on data management or reference data. - Basic understanding of diverse banking product data (deposits, loans, cards) and their relationships with customer and account party records. - Familiarity with critical banking reference data including currency codes, LEIs, and branch codes, supporting accurate record aggregation. - Awareness of financial services data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for sensitive party data handling. - Foundational understanding of key financial reporting requirements (Basel III, IFRS, CCAR) and how aggregated data contributes. - Ability to assist in identifying data-related risks (quality, security, non-compliance) impacting financial reporting and critical submissions. - Familiarity with internal audit requirements, data governance frameworks, and basic operational risk controls within banking. - Proficiency in creating MI Reporting using advanced Excel functions and assisting with data visualizations in tools like Tableau. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of understanding and contributing to breaking down complex data situations. - Ability to foster trust and collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating good communication skills with various stakeholders. Communication Skills - Strong stakeholder management skills across various seniority levels - Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels - onshore & remote - Ability to visualise complex topics to converse with stakeholders.
