Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and approach new clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking events. Product/Service Presentation Confidently present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company’s products or services. Explain pricing, offers, value propositions, and answer technical queries (if applicable). Assist customers in understanding how the product or service fits their requirements. 3. Sales Conversion Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively. Prepare and send proposals or quotations, follow up rigorously, and ensure final closure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management. 4. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Handle client queries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. 5. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities, leads, conversions, and client interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and improve promotional strategies. 6. Field Work Travel within the assigned territory or region to meet potential clients and close sales. Schedule site visits, product demos, and client meetings as needed.
