We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our clients' social media success.

Summary:

We're looking for a social media professional to drive strategy and execution for our clients. As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client social media mood boards and calendars.

Responsibilities:

- Work along side content creators, graphic designers and photographers.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.
- Contribute in content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyze social media trends and data to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Apart from this you will also be managing their Meta leads, GMB pages etc.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, and paid social advertising.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with influencer collaborations and community management is a plus.
