Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented developer with hands-on experience in Akumina CMS and Microsoft SharePoint to join our digital solutions team.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining content management and collaboration platforms that support enterprise-wide business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web-based solutions using Akumina CMS and SharePoint Online/Server.
- Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts to integrate with Akumina CMS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless content migration and synchronization between Akumina CMS and SharePoint.
- Implement security protocols, user permissions, and governance policies across both platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS and SharePoint performance and functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in both Akumina CMS and SharePoint.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, 2016/2019).
- Experience working with Akumina CMS.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions.
- Experience with integrating third-party systems into SharePoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-101).
- Experience with Office 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise content governance and compliance
