Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamicMarketing Executiveto drive sales across Tamil Nadu. The role involves traveling extensively to meet existing dealers, identify new business opportunities, collect orders, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Travel across Tamil Nadu to identify new stores and strengthen dealer network
- Conduct regular visits to existing dealer shops
- Collect and process dealer orders
- Generate new business opportunities and expand business reach
- Work consistently towards monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Key Skills

- Strong presentation and negotiation ability
- Fluency inTamil and English(both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree preferred
- MBA Freshers inmarketing
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory

Earnings & Allowances

- Basic Salary (Fresher):17,500 per month
- Basic Salary (Experienced):20,000 per month
- Sales Incentives:5,000 20,000 per month (performance-based)
- Food Allowance:6,110 per month (235/day)
- Room Allowance:18,200 per month (700/day)
- Travel Expenses:Reimbursed weekly as per actual costs
- Total Yearly Potential:3 5 Lakh+ (top performers can earn more)
