Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the LAP portfolio.
- Identify and acquire new clients through the open market, direct selling agents (DSAs), and connectors.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales managers and staff to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
- Foster a strong sales and service culture within the branch.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, specifically for the LAP business.
- Ensure that all transactions are authorized and financial records are accurate.
- Oversee the smooth disbursement process for approved LAP loans.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage any customer inquiries or issues professionally.
- Implement strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to all bank policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, especially concerning loan products.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and manage risks.
