Job Title: Maintenance / Production / Quality control Apprentice Location: Hoskote (Bangalore) Requirements: 15 Department: Based on Assignment (Maintenance / Production) Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only Job Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or BE in Mechanical Employment Type: Full-timeReporting To: Department Head / Supervisor Stipend Offered: ₹17,000/- per monthKey Responsibilities: 1. Supervise production activities on the shop floor 2. Conduct final product quality checks 3. Support machine operators during shifts 4. Assist in basic maintenance tasks 5. Contribute to achieving daily production targets Eligibility Criteria:  Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering  Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year  Location Flexibility: Willing to work at Taloja or Hoskote  Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and learning attitudeRequired Skills and Competencies Since this is an apprenticeship, candidates are not expected to have advanced technical knowledge at the start, but they should demonstrate aptitude, willingness to learn, and certain essential skills. 1. Technical Aptitude Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts is advantageous. Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring instruments under supervision. 2. Communication Skills Clear verbal communication to understand instructions and report progress. Ability to write simple reports and fill out forms accurately. 3. Problem-Solving Ability Willingness to identify issues and suggest solutions to supervisors. Logical thinking when troubleshooting basic problems. 4. Attention to Detail Careful execution of tasks to maintain quality standards. Accuracy in measurement and documentation. 5. Teamwork and Collaboration Ability to work effectively with production teams, maintenance staff, and quality inspectors. Respectful and cooperative attitude in a team environment. 6. Time Management Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Prioritization of daily activities to meet production schedules. 7. Safety Awareness Commitment to following safety procedures and using PPE. Awareness of workplace hazards and preventive measures. 8. Adaptability Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work areas. Flexibility to work in various shifts if required. 9. Work Ethic Punctuality, reliability, and dedication to completing assigned tasks. Eagerness to take initiative and learn proactively. 10. Basic Computer Skills (Optional but Preferred) Familiarity with MS Office tools for documentation.
