We're seeking a NetSuite Technical Architect to be the technical lead for NetSuite solutions spanning CRM, Marketing Automation (MA), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Sales Force Automation (SFA). In this role, you'll architect scalable, coordinated systems that power marketing and sales across multiple B2B client engagements. Your work will set the foundation for how data, technology, and strategy connect to deliver measurable revenue impact.

- Deeply proficient in NetSuite CX you bring an expert-level understanding of NetSuite, plus how they connect into the broader marketing, sales, and ERP ecosystem.
- Architect at heart, engineer in practice you can design repeatable frameworks, but also roll up your sleeves to make it real.
- Bridge-builder you translate between technical detail and business impact, enabling strategists, sales teams, and client executives to see the why behind the how.

What you'll do:

- Lead the technical design for NetSuite CX (CRM, MA, CPQ, SFA) across a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Build repeatable solution blueprints and frameworks that can be adapted for new client onboarding.
- Configure and govern data models, workflows, and role-based permissions to align with client-specific business rules.
- Architect integrations between NetSuite and external tools (analytics, ERP, content systems) using best-practice patterns.
- Provide technical oversight to campaign operations and development teams, ensuring alignment to architecture and data governance.
- Partner with agency strategists, sales enablement leads, and analytics teams to design unified lead-to-cash flows.

What you'll need:

- 5+ years delivering NetSuite CRM/ERP solutions in a consulting or agency environment.
- Hands-on expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and cross-system integrations.
- Strong track record of delivering multi-client, multi-vertical NetSuite solutions.
- Comfortable translating complex technical requirements into clear client-facing recommendations.
