This role focuses 70% on backend (Java/Python) and 30% on frontend (React), with exposure to AWS, CI/CD (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), and SQL. Team leadership - Challenge product management and user experience to provide highly usable and insightful features - Champion innovative software development methodologies across front end and server side Execution - Deliver quantified business outcomes for customers with products that deliver the future today and make us proud - Build trust via transparency, communication, and consistent delivery that is on-scope and with outstanding quality Must-Have Skills - Experience: 710 years in building interactive web applications. - Backend: Expertise in Java or Python with frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot. - Frontend: Strong experience in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap/Material). - Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift. - Databases: Strong SQL knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL - Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your role as well as use data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. Additional Skills - Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Google Charts) is a plus. - Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
