Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export and Quality Analyst based in Delhi NCR preferrably Noida. The Export and Quality Analyst will oversee quality control processes, implement quality assurance measures, and manage the export operations of agricultural products. Responsibilities include monitoring export documentation, ensuring compliance with global standards, performing product quality checks, and using analytical skills to improve operational efficiencies. The role requires close collaboration with vendor parter company teams to ensure seamless export processes and adherence to quality management protocols. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and data for decision-making and problem-solving - Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor and maintain product excellence - Proficiency in Quality Management to implement and oversee quality standards and practices - Effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams and international stakeholders - Understanding of food standards and export documentation and compliance with international regulations - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related fields - Familiarity with agricultural export practices is a plus
