Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Java Support Developer to provide ongoing support, currently serving approximately 300 users across the UK and US. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience in Java, familiarity with JBoss Application Server, and exposure to React for frontend support. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves direct interaction with business users. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and maintenance. - Handle incident tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with business users to understand and resolve functional and technical issues. - Perform API development and integration tasks as needed. - Ensure portal stability and performance across supported regions. - Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate fixes and enhancements. - Maintain documentation, SOPs for support processes and issue resolutions. - Java Frontend with react , SQL. - Communication should be very good as this is a client facing role.
