Spoken English Trainer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Spoken English Trainer with expertise in providing mock tests for online Occupational English Test OET students The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in English Literature BA or MA in English and at least one year of teaching experience In this role the trainer will be responsible for conducting mock tests offering feedback and motivating students to excel in all modules of the OET including speaking writing reading and listening Key Responsibilities Conduct OET Mock Tests Administer mock tests for OET students across all modules speaking writing reading and listening Provide Detailed Feedback Offer constructive and actionable feedback on students performance in each module highlighting areas for improvement and strategies to enhance their skills Analyze Test Results Evaluate mock test results and provide students with a comprehensive understanding of their strengths and weaknesses in each area Motivate Students Encourage and motivate students to work towards higher scores by setting realistic goals and providing consistent support Create a Positive Learning Environment Foster an engaging and supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable taking mock tests and receiving feedback Prepare Students for Real Test Scenarios Simulate actual test conditions to help students feel confident and adequately prepared for the OET exam Stay Updated with OET Standards Keep abreast of the latest trends guidelines and updates related to the OET exam to ensure accurate and relevant training Requirements Education BA or MA in English Literature or a related field Experience At least 1 year of teaching experience preferably in Spoken English or OET preparation Skills Proficiency in spoken and written English with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Ability to provide constructive feedback that motivates students to improve Strong analytical skills to assess test performance and provide targeted advice Patient encouraging and adaptable teaching style Experience in conducting online classes or mock tests using digital platforms How to Apply Interested candidates can submit their updated resume and a cover letter detailing their experience in teaching to hr tijusacademy com or can call 9539550493 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Schedule Morning shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Teaching 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
