Requirements: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. - Expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter. - Strong understanding of US work authorizations, tax terms, and time zones. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
