Competence Center the act organization Atlas Copco Together ensures that all customer centers for the business areas Compressor Technique Power Technique and Industrial Tools in the different countries can rely on a legally compliant performant stable and well supported business application act is used on a global scale covering all time zones act secures efficient Customer Center end to end processes governed by business councils Together with these business councils act steers the digital roadmap of the CC s and makes sure to realize this roadmap according to the right quality and cost act enables efficient and effective integrations to support reorganizations mergers acquisitions roadmaps of the business areas in a standardized group solution act is part of the SAP Competence center and provides global implementation experience within the Group The SAP ECC on Hana platform EHP 8 with simple finance add on is the core platform to enable this standardization using the SD MM PS PP CS and FICO as the core SAP modules It also includes SAP GTS for trade compliance purposes and SAP BRIM to support our rental business SAP B 4 Hana for reporting and other platforms like Esker MS Power Platform workflows Montova electronic communication The platform is also integrated with different group and business area specific applications using SAP PO SAP BTP Azure and KAFKA as integration platforms The SAP Competence center intends to group internal and external competences together with regards to SAP template builds roll outs and support and related systems In that way it is the expectation the role will be further expanded to the support and implementation of a SAP S 4 based template for Product companies and Distribution Centers The role Within the competence center we are looking for a technical analyst with several years of proven SAP security authorization setup and medior SAP Basis experience The main focus of the job is technical in kind but functional data and reporting affinity are requested You will be able to evolve further in SAP Basis and infrastructure related topics You will be part of a Technical team responsible to setup and deliver stable security models within the different SAP platforms The team also deals with all processes procedures and activities in the SAP Basis area to assure a stable and sustainable platform that can support the involved business processes The teams are partially organized with agile or project principles depending on the scope and timeline The technical analyst provides the necessary knowledge and leadership to guide and assist our internal and external stakeholders in the involved knowledge area and to drive and perform the delivery cycle of the assigned change requests You can manage the delivery of your assigned scope and report on this towards your manager Bigger projects might be assigned upon proven seniority You will be part of a community with peer solution architects functional and technical analysts where you will share best practices in alignment with the overall SAP Competence Center strategy To succeed you will need What we can expect from you Roles Responsibilities As a SAP Security analyst in SAP ECC SAP S 4 and related systems User administration for template components and new companies accounts assignment of appropriate roles and authorisations user groups profiles Role design and maintenance design and implement security roles based on business requirements solutions and existing new governance processes SOD processes troubleshooting Authorisation management Support security audits compliance Update Training and documentation material where applicable Monitor and review emergency accesses As a SAP Basis technical analyst Assistance in the administration of the technical infrastructure that supports SAP applications Basic configuration housekeeping Routine checks Transport Release management All activities related to system stability support functional and technical consultants job performance monitoring patch Note updates Competences You have experience with SAP security and basis matters and can effectively communicate ideas and recommendations orally and in writing while considering the viewpoint of others A customer centric individual who understands customers needs and seeks to fulfill or exceed expectations by advising certification in SAP security and basis activities 5 Years of experience in SAP Security and basic SAP Basis activities General knowledge of SAP ERP ECC and S 4 Hana Platforms SAP GUI and Fiori operating systems Ability to work in a structured way and effectively communicate with employees at all levels Project Management experience is a plus specifically the Agile methodology 0 Good spoken and written communication skills with colleagues at all levels Showing a responsible attitude The ability to plan and prioritize your own work and having good coordination with the rest of the team including close cooperation with offshore resources and the support team Willingness to grow Comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines Education SAP certification in security and Basis administration You hold a bachelor or master s degree in IT electronics or equivalent experience You have excellent organizational and planning skills and strong analytical abilities You have a positive attitude and good presentation skills to communicate complex technical information into understandable business language You are familiar with the principles of Agile methodology You
