Key Deliverables:

- Ensure legal CSR compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
- Manage the CSR budget, report expenditures, and ensure timely CSR-related payments.
- Lead employee volunteering programs and communicate CSR efforts internally and externally.

Role Responsibilities:

- Identify community needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders for impactful project development.
- Manage CSR Committee approval and liaison with external stakeholders like NGOs and government agencies.
- Review project progress, ensure strategic alignment, and provide operational guidance.
- Prepare and communicate content for social media, newsletters, and annual reports highlighting CSR achievements.
