A key part of the role is to ensure accurate delivery into live environments to agreed timescales. You will also be responsible for managing your own workstack and maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the process, as well as job-specific skillsets.
To be successful as a Digital Content Production - Delivery Management, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management through proactive communication
- Delivery experience in any content form
- Understanding of digital and mobile technologies
- Good time management and ability to multitask across multiple projects
- Project managing responses from brief through to delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure content is on brief, on brand, and accurate in terms of both text and visual representation
- Coordinate resources through established forums and processes
- Manage your time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure digital content adheres to regulatory requirements and is developed in line with relevant governance frameworks
Desirable Skillsets/ Good To Have
- An understanding/experience of SEO
- Digital/Marketing qualifications beneficial
- Skilled in writing, editing, and website best practices
- Knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing platforms
This role will be based out of Noida /Gurgaon.
Purpose of the role
To develop and implement marketing strategies to promote brand, products, and services across various markets
Accountabilities
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies and delivery that aligns with the banks business objectives and are informed by market research, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Collaboration with product development, sales, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, to achieve specific, well defined outcomes, as needed.
- Development of compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels, including print, media and related collateral, if needed.
- Analysis of data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies, use of data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Management of the marketing budget, allocating resources to maximise ROI.
- Defines marketing vision, sets goals, clarifies objectives and works across organisations to achieve specific, well defined outcomes.
