Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – US IT Sales to drive business growth by managing client relationships, identifying staffing needs, and ensuring successful talent placements. This role also demands a strong background in US IT sales, with a focus on acquiring and growing new business within the IT staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients in IT Software Services.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Work closely with recruiters to identify, qualify, and present top talent.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure win-win partnerships.
- Track performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction.
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients in the IT staffing space.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring revenue growth and client retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align staffing solutions with client business needs.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between clients, recruiters, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in US IT sales.
- Strong knowledge of contract staffing, W2, C2C, and 1099 models.
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients and expanding business in the US IT sales sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs in IT sales and staffing.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing market, trends, and client needs.
