What You’ll Do Talent & On boarding - Lead hiring campaigns that attract owners, not employees. - Design on boarding experiences that feel like joining a mission, not filling forms. Culture & Engagement - Keep the startup spirit alive through recognition, rituals, and open communication. - Create hybrid work practices and engagement activities that energize people. Performance & Growth - Build KPIs and review systems that actually help people grow. - Coach managers to lead with empathy and accountability Compliance & Systems - Handle payroll, contracts, and labor compliance. - Use AI and digital tools to keep HR lean, scalable, and data-driven. Who You Are - You think like a builder, not an administrator. - You act fast and love solving real problems, not just writing policies. - You’re an AI-native — using tools like ChatGPT is second nature. - You bring integrity, intelligence, and energy to every project. - You’re fluent in English & Malayalam communication.
