Responsibilities - Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of GCP-based cloud infrastructure projects - Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to develop integrated cloud strategies - Manage migration of legacy data and applications to GCP ensuring minimal operational disruption - Oversee the architecture of scalable and robust GCP cloud solutions aligned with business requirements - Drive modernization initiatives leveraging a broad range of GCP services to improve performance and efficiency - Lead and mentor a team of GCP architects and engineers providing technical guidance - Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, cost estimation, and client proposal presentations Requirements - Extensive experience of 15+ years including practice management knowledge - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, system engineering, or related field - Proven leadership experience managing GCP, system engineering, migration, and modernization projects - Proficiency in GCP services including infrastructure as code using terraform, devops, platform as a service, and infrastructure as a service - Strong expertise in legacy system migration and cloud modernization techniques - Demonstrated success in managing large-scale migration projects - Exceptional project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously - Strong analytical skills and resilience in high-pressure environments - Superior interpersonal and communication skills for leading diverse teams and managing stakeholder relationships - Fluent English proficiency
