Job Opportunity: Oracle FAH Consultant (Remote – India)

he Oracle Financial Technical Consultant role is a specialist individual contributor who will partner with the Engineering team, FinData team, and Accounting teams and feature development of our Oracle Fusion Financials Accounting Hub Application, as well as the maintenance of our Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

You Will

- Work on Oracle FAH project and other Financials Cloud projects and initiatives - integration of additional modules, implementation of new functionality, and business process changes, by -
- Designing solutions.
- Developing and delivering technical solutions to optimize financial workflow and integration with other internal systems.
- Working with our Integration team & Cross-functional teams to integrate other systems with Oracle.
- Maintain Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle FAH Applications, including -

Maintain, update and add to existing Oracle accounting hub configuration to support changing business requirements

- Implement best practices in FAH Applications and setup Events and rules
- Data protection & integrity
- User security
- Patch Upgrades.
- Data sync between Oracle cloud applications.
- Partner with Engineering & Accounting teams and support critical Month End close

You May Be a Good Fit If

- You have a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate Degree with 6-8 years of work experience
- 6+ years of Oracle Financial Applications (EBusiness Suite / Fusion) experience as a techno-functional/technical developer
- 3 + years of experience of Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) module (EBusiness Suite / Fusion) experience
- Strong functional understanding and some technical understanding in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), GL & SLA modules across industry domains.
- Should have done at least 1 or 2 end-to-end Oracle FAH module implementations
- Experience with large technical implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Knowledge of finance operational processes, particularly period close & audit functions.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical skills, and strong team collaboration.
- Critical thinking, analysis, and a curiosity to dig deeper into requests to determine needs.
- Able to independently manage and prioritize workload and projects.

Nice To Haves

- Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Experience with Functional configuration of various Oracle Cloud financial modules.
- Experience with reporting using OTBI & Finance Reporting Studio in Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
- Experience in all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
- Data literacy & some knowledge of cloud product integration.
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment, resolve problems, and offer impacting solutions
