Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support team member specializing in ERP applications. The role is based in Changaramkulam, Kerala. The Technical Support team member will assist clients with technical and functional queries, perform troubleshooting, and deliver excellent customer support. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving ERP-related issues, providing guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support solutions. Qualifications - Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve ERP-related issues. - Proficient Customer Support and Communication skills for addressing client inquiries and maintaining professional relationships. - Understanding of SQL queries - Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding customer needs. - Freshers with technical background can also apply - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and a commitment to delivering quality service. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred. - Experience with ERP systems and related technologies is highly desirable. - Flexibility and adaptability to work on-site in Changaramkulam as part of a fast-paced team.
