At Booking com data drives our decisions Technology is at our core And innovation is everywhere But our company is more than datasets lines of code or A B tests Were the thrill of the first night in a new place The excitement of the next morning The friends you make The journeys you take The sights you see And the food you sample Through our products partners and people we can empower everyone to experience the world Were a truly global e-commerce company with business operations in nearly every country and city on the planet And we want to make it easy for everyone anywhere in the world to pay for their travel or do business with our platform whenever and however its convenient for them Our brand new FinTech business unit with teams in Amsterdam and Bangalore develops new products and drives innovation to help us continue removing financial friction from the travel process That makes buying and selling travel-related products and services simpler for both travelers and partners The Conga Team is part of Financial Systems and we are part of the Booking com FinTech 800 people in tech department We are looking for an enthusiastic Conga CLM professional to join the ranks of our Bangalore CoE Help us meet increasing demand from the business support our rapidly growing portfolio of automation and make an impact across every business area at Booking com We look at our team as a service provider for the entire company operating with a large degree of autonomy and enterpreneurship What will you be doing As a Conga CLM techno functional developer you are responsible for primarily Techno- functional areas to help colleagues develop enhance and scale our Conga CMS landscape You will work with process analysts and subject matter experts to make successful automation projects using Conga CLM Salesforce Force com and Conga Tools like X Author Contracts You will also be responsible for making technical decisions within a team and for driving end-to-end process automations to deliver stable CMS solutions which meet the business requirements and organizational efficiency Youll be joining our technical team as a techno-functional core developer working on enhancements using Conga and Salesforce platform components Run discovery sessions on a need basis to confidently gather business requirements and translate them into high-quality requirements documents and Jira user stories Responsible for delivering functional enhancements new features and other Conga CLM-related projects throughout the B com Conga Teams software development lifecycle Write better user stories and assist the business in writing executing and coordinating the execution of Conga CLM test scripts for business UAT and other testing Oversee the implementation to ensure compliance with governance and security requirements Be an excellent communicator capable of addressing business problems with both technical and non-technical audiences What will you bring to the role 6 years of SFDC Salesforce com functional development and or engineering experience 2 years of Strong Conga CLM formerly Apttus real world product experience Strong knowledge of the Contract Management Lifecycle process At Least 2 years of experience as a Conga CLM Functional Consultant Conga CLM Business Analyst or Business Design Consultant with a primary focus on Conga functionality for an enterprise Conga CLM implementation Able to organize and independently run workshops with business users Deep understanding of Conga CLM declarative configuration for areas like - building Agreement Templates - building enhancing Conga Advanced Approval processes - building managing document generation tools like Templates Clauses Clause Libraries - building configuring Conga and Salesforce Automations like Flows Process Builders Triggers Classes Custom Settings etc Collaborating with Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations security scalability limits Strong Conga CLM Data Migration experience Develop Apex classes and triggers Visualforce based on specific requirements to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements Custom User Interface development including Visualforce pages Lightning pages Aura Components and Lightning Web Components Integrations Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization Best Practices Adhere to Salesforce best practices maintain code documentation and write maintain test classes for all custom development Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce such as e g DocuSign Conga etc Collaborating within the Conga Team with the Conga Product Manager Engineering Lead and your colleagues on the Conga Engineering team for other systems in order to integrate across the business Experience designing developing deploying and maintaining software in a production setting Experience working in a scrum agile environment Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certifications are required ie Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Platform App Builder Certified Platform Developer I II will be an added advantage Pre-Employment Screening If your application is successful your personal data may be used for a pre-employment screening check by a third party as permitted by applicable law Depending on the vacancy and applicable law a pre-employment screening may include employment history education and other information such as media information that may be necessary for determining your qualifications and suitability for the position
