Senior process engineer

Job Description - Develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost. Analyze more complex product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets. Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products. Coach and mentor less experienced engineers; check the quality of their work, and help them resolve problems. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and four to seven years of experience. - Job Description As a Process Assurance Engineer, you'll design, optimize, and manage product design and development processes following international standards to improve efficiency, quality, and safety, focusing on analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven solutions. Skills and Requirements: - More than 8 years of experience in full product development life cycle projects - Part of at least two full life cycle product development and certification - Quick learner with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of process assurance principles and practices - Experience in ARP4754, ARP4761, DO178, DO254, ISO 26262, IEC 61508 etc... - Experience in avionics systems engineering with working knowledge of hardware, Mechanical parts and software. - Knowledge and experience of systems engineering development and assessment processes in accordance with ARP-4754, DO 254 or DO 178 - Development of planning, certification and accomplishment summary documents - Knowledge of FAA or EASA certification processes and regulatory requirements - Knowledge of software development processes and SOI audits in accordance with DO-178 - Knowledge of hardware development processes and SOI audits in accordance with DO-254 - Familiarity with relevant software development and configuration management tools and change management process - Ability to work independently to guide a team in process compliance - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Six sigma green belt certified - Certified or experienced in auditor functions Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize organization processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. - Analyze existing QMS processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions. - Conduct process study, simulations, experiments, and data analysis to optimize performance. - Develop and implement process control systems and technologies - Analyze work flows within and across all departments to determine how the entire company can work better together - Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company performance and customer satisfaction - Create an analytical process that justifies business decisions - Monitoring of maturity of technical documentation during the entire process of developing an efficient embedded system - Design, install, and maintain equipment and systems to support product manufacturing processes. - Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Gather, analyze, and report on process performance data. - Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting process improvements and areas for further optimization.
