Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across all online channels. - Plan and manage marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Oversee SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and lead generation. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). - Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies. - Manage social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging. - Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI on all campaigns. - Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. - Lead, mentor, and train junior marketers to achieve department goals. - Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 23 years of experience in a digital marketing company. - Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). - Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics. - Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Canva, etc. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Lead generation & conversion rates - Website traffic growth - Social media engagement & follower growth - Ad campaign ROI and cost per lead (CPL) - Brand visibility & online reputation metrics
