This role involves advanced data analysis, model development, client management, and mentoring, with minimal supervision. 📌 Scope of the Role As a lead contributor, you’ll manage multiple workstreams or entire projects—scoping, planning, delivery, and quality assurance—while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and guiding junior team members. 💡 Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery - Build and redesign forecast models from scratch, including patient flow and baseline trending modules - Conduct advanced data and analogue analysis to generate actionable insights - Develop tailored tools, frameworks, and solutions for client needs - Ensure rigorous quality assurance and testing throughout project lifecycle - Manage client relationships with proactive communication and strategic guidance - Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative team culture - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development - Support business development and proposal creation - Lead and participate in organizational initiatives - 🛠️ Key Tasks - Understand client data, market dynamics, and project requirements - Design and develop forecasting models and validate scope - Innovate in technical implementation and ensure process conformance - Train and guide junior team members - Maintain high standards in execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication 🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile - 2–8 years of experience in Pharma forecasting projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven experience in client-facing roles and team leadership - Expertise in forecasting methodologies and pharma domain knowledge - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
