Job Description Profile- Project Manager Exp 8-10 yr Location- Indore (M.P), WFO About the role- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing AI-based product development and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira project management, and client communication, along with solid exposure to project documentation and delivery processes. Responsibilities- - Lead end-to-end project management for AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to define project goals, scope, and timelines. - Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, task delegation, and performance tracking. - Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum best practices. - Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage sprints, and monitor deliverables. - Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, risk assessments, timelines, and reports. - Identify potential risks or blockers and implement proactive mitigation strategies. - Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes. - Support the team by facilitating productive discussions and decision-making during internal and client calls. Required Skills- - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 810 years of experience in project management within a product-based environment, preferably in AI or software development. - Proven experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and cross-department coordination. - Strong command over Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Jira project tracking tools. - Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations effectively. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and AI-driven product delivery processes. - Exceptional organizational, documentation, and analytical skills. Good to have - Exposure to AI/ML product lifecycle management or data-driven project delivery. - Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification. - Prior experience working with global clients.
