Job Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our sales team for Credit Card Sales and Lead Generation. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, educating them about credit card offers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. Whether you are looking for a commission-based role to maximize your earnings or a fixed salary with incentives, we have flexible options to suit your preferences. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to help you succeed.Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided call lists or databases. Present credit card offers clearly and effectively to generate interest. Identify and qualify potential leads interested in applying for credit cards. Schedule appointments or directly close sales over the phone. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Follow up with interested customers and respond to queries. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Provide feedback to management about market trends and customer responses.Skills Required: Good spoken English and/or Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer skills (for CRM and reporting). Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated. Clear and professional communication over the phone.
