IT Executive Location- Thane Mumbai CTC- 4 0 to 5 0 LPA Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field 5-10 years of experience in IT support or system administration preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Windows OS MS Office networking and hardware troubleshooting Familiarity with ERP systems CCTV setup and cloud applications is an advantage Excellent problem-solving and communication skills About the Role Looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and manage the day-to-day IT operations of our organization The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems provide technical support to users and assist in maintaining secure and efficient IT infrastructure Key Responsibilities Technical Support Provide first-level support for hardware software network and system issues across the plant office System Maintenance Install configure and maintain computer systems servers printers and other IT equipment Network Administration Monitor and troubleshoot LAN WAN connectivity Wi-Fi and VPN issues IT Asset Management Maintain records of all IT assets and ensure timely updates and upgrades Data Security Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures backups antivirus systems and access controls Vendor Coordination Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs AMC and procurement User Training Educate employees on IT policies data safety practices and software usage Software Management Install and manage licensed software updates and patches as required Documentation Maintain documentation for network configuration troubleshooting logs and IT inventory Interested candidates can share there Cv on hr talverventures com Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Application Question s IT infrastructure Network Administration IT Asset Management Work Location In person
