About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior GenAI & Agentic AI Specialist to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of intelligent systems that leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures. You will be instrumental in building AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, task decomposition, and multi-modal interactions across various enterprise or consumer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Development:
- Architect, prototype, and deploy agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory, and self-refinement.
- Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral) for specific tasks like text, image, or code generation.
- Integrate multi-modal models (e.g., vision-language, speech-text) for richer agent interactions.
- Autonomy & Task Execution:
- Build AI agents that can independently plan, execute, and monitor workflows across tools and platforms (e.g., APIs, browsers, CLIs).
- Develop agent memory, reflection, and context-awareness mechanisms.
- Tooling & Frameworks:
- Work with and contribute to agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, MetaGPT, OpenAgents, or custom-built systems.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost using techniques like LoRA, RAG, distillation, and quantization.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to co-develop AI-first features and applications.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and help guide technical direction.
- Ethics & Safety:
- Implement alignment, safety, and guardrail mechanisms to ensure responsible agentic behavior.
- Stay updated with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployment.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and modern LLM architectures.
- Hands-on experience with transformers, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and chain-of-thought reasoning.
- Demonstrated ability to build or integrate agent frameworks for automation and intelligent task handling.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and agent libraries like LangChain or CrewAI.
- Deep understanding of vector databases, retrieval systems, and context enrichment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or hierarchical planning.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Prefect, Airflow, Ray) for large-scale agent deployment.
- Knowledge of observability and agent monitoring tools.
- Contributions to open-source GenAI or agentic AI projects.
