Job Description

Designation: Professional Development Coach

Department: L&D - Academy

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Eligibility Criteria

- 3 years of relevant experience in the Learning & Development function, in the capacity of a Trainer or in a higher-level role.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals in soft skills or leadership development.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to design learner-centric and tailored training content.
- Experience in organizational development, HR, or L&D roles preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher-level education
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred: Certifications in Coaching, Training, or Learning & Development,

Preferrable Local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual who can:

- Integrate quickly into the L&D Academy team and gain a strong understanding of Paperchase processes and systems.
- Partner with leadership and HR to identify and assess training needs across teams.
- Design customized training programs in areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops that encourage real-world application.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to employees beyond the classroom.

Track and evaluate program effectiveness, making improvements based on feedback and business impact
