Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose The role is responsible for successful execution and delivery of tactical projects in Data Lake Area using advanced data architecture techniques in accordance with the functional and organizational vision and objectives. Role Accountability 1. Collaborate with business and functional leaders to identify and execute business use cases leveraging the enterprise data lake and other platforms by supporting and tracking multiple projects 2. Manage the project planning and execution for development and testing of critical applications and use cases incl Capex, Mod 1 & Mod 2 type projects 3. Closely mentor, guide and work with application development partners to ensure project is completed in a timely and cost - effective manner 4. Track, communicate and report project status and updates via use of platforms, e.g. Jira and ensure risks are identified and mitigated in a timely manner 5. Ensure adequate resources are allocated from the vendor team for successful completion of projects 6. Build a strong understanding of business processes across the lifecycle of card domain as role is expected to bridge gap between business users and development partners on business understanding 7. Lead a team of IT and vendor resources for timely project tracking and completion 8. Maintain all process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines Measures of Success 1. Progam Delivery in Data Lake Area focused on tactical projects 2. Voice of customer from stakeholders 3. Number of projects delivered with First Time Right 4. Serviceability and uptime of applications as per defined SLAs 5. Strong Program Governance and controls for driving IT Strategic Programs 6. Timely and accurate updation of process documentation 7. Process Adherence as per MOUCompetencies critical to the role Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) 1. Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, spark, Scala, Hive, Pig, Hue and other related languages 2. Knowledge of SW development lifecycle using Dev Ops tools and techniques 3. Knowledge of Big Data technologies incl. HDFS, Hive, Spark, Scala & API development (Java/microservices) Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency 1. Analytical Ability 2. Problem Solving Skills 3. Stakeholder Management Qualification B.E / B-Tech/MCA or equivalent technical degree Preferred Industry BFSI, NBFC
