Position Overview: The Head – Admissions & Parent Relations will lead the school's admission strategy, manage enrolment operations, and serve as the first brand ambassador for prospective parents. This role demands a warm yet professional communicator who can represent the school's philosophy effectively while driving enquiry conversions and maintaining long-term parent satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute the annual admission plan in alignment with the school's capacity and vision. - Handle and convert enquiries through structured counselling, school tours, and follow-ups. - Build relationships with parents, ensuring high standards of communication, transparency, and trust. - Maintain accurate data and reports for enquiries, admissions, withdrawals, and parent feedback. - Coordinate with the Principal, Vice Principal, and Accounts for approvals, fee structures, and documentation. - Manage open houses, school tours, and community outreach initiatives. - Lead a small team (if applicable) to ensure prompt, personalised service at every touchpoint. Desired Profile: - Graduate or Post-Graduate with 5–10 years of experience in school admissions, parent relations, or customer-facing roles in hospitality or education. - Strong command of spoken and written English and Hindi. - Excellent interpersonal skills, warmth, and grooming. - Confident with MS Office / ERP systems for data and reporting. - Background in premium schools or customer-service-driven industries (hotels, universities, wellness centres) will be an advantage.
