Job Description

Position Summary:

The Food and Beverage Runner is responsible for delivering food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to guests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. They support the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests quickly and accurately.
- Ensure orders are complete, correctly presented, and meet quality standards before serving.
- Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing used dishes and resetting tables.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and delivery trays.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and relay special instructions to the appropriate team members.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
