Role Description We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Counselor (Sales Profile) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consulting potential clients, understanding their health needs, explaining our treatment programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. Key Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries through walk-ins, calls, and online leads. - Understand clients' health goals and suggest suitable metabolic programs. - Explain the benefits, process, and pricing of treatments effectively. - Convert consultations into sales through personalized counseling. - Maintain client data, follow-ups, and update CRM records regularly. - Coordinate with the dietician and operations team for seamless onboarding. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and service. - Participate in marketing and promotional activities when required.
