Job Description What You Will Do: - Build, foster and grow partnerships with some of the largest brands globally and in India - Create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and source new partnership opportunities - Structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories - Have complete ownership of monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals with strategic partners - Shape products and businesses by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to grow - Interface with other Cashfree teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics etc to drive win-win-win engagements for Cashfree consumers, and brands - Help the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the Cashfree product - Deliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization What You Will Need: - At least 6-9 years of experience in strategic partnership with Enterprise merchants, preferably from an online payments/Fintech/SaaS background, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. - Ability to think out of the box, innovate and find creative solutions to grow the business - Have experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brands - Are an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Is very comfortable building and managing relationships with C-Level executives - Experience in the merchant acquiring business - Comfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category or industry - Goal-oriented & thrives in a fast-paced environment - Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward
