Role & Responsibilities - Provide direct bedside nursing care: assess patients, monitor vital signs, document observations, and escalate clinical changes promptly. - Administer medications and IV therapy accurately, following medication safety protocols and cross-check procedures. - Perform wound care, dressing changes and other clinical procedures per protocol while maintaining aseptic technique. - Support physicians and multidisciplinary teams during assessments, procedures and patient handovers; ensure clear, timely communication. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR, complete shift reports and participate in clinical audits and quality-improvement activities. - Uphold infection prevention standards, patient safety protocols and contribute to a compassionate, patient-first care environment. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc Nursing - Active registration with the relevant State Nursing Council - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Proven competency in medication administration and IV cannulation - Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for clinical documentation - Strong knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques Preferred - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - Experience in critical care or emergency department nursing - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or pediatric nursing experience Benefits & Culture Highlights - Structured clinical onboarding, ongoing training and career progression paths for nurses. - Supportive multidisciplinary teams, emphasis on clinical governance and patient safety. - Competitive compensation with shift allowances and statutory benefits as per Indian labour laws.
