AOVPN Specialist

Job Description Job Title: AOVPN Specialist Location: Mumbai / Bangalore Experience : 7 - 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AOVPN Specialist to provide hands-on support and administration for VPN connectivity, authentication, and performance for corporate users. The candidate will manage AOVPN infrastructure, certificates, device configurations, and ensure secure remote access compliance across Windows environments. Key Responsibilities - Provide support for AOVPN-related incidents and service requests. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, authentication, performance, and certificates. - Monitor AOVPN infrastructure health and implement custom health monitoring scripts to ensure high availability. - Manage VPN profiles, certificates, and device configurations for user-based and device-based logins. - Collaborate with vendors (Microsoft), network, security, and endpoint teams for issue resolution and enhancements. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. - Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and maintain knowledge base articles. - Assist in patching, upgrades, and configuration changes for AOVPN servers and clients. - Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for remote access. Required Skills And Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with Globalscape EFT Enterprise and DMZ Gateway. - Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS protocols, and encryption standards. - Experience with Windows Server administration (RRAS, NPS) and SQL Server basics. - Familiarity with certificate management (CSR, SAN, renewal) and PGP key handling. - Understanding of networking concepts: firewalls, NAT, load balancers. - Scripting knowledge in PowerShell for automation and log analysis. - Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and certificate-based authentication. - ITIL process knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem Management). - Basic understanding of PKI and IPsec/IKEv2 protocols.
