Job Title Assistant Manager Quality Location Fulgaon, Pune About Us Gardner Denver Nash part of Ingersoll Rand. We are into Vacuum and blower business, building customise solutions for major customers in oil and gas, refineries, thermal power plants, paper, mining, chemical plants etc. Job Summary - This role is for inspection activities Rotary and Static Equipments. You will be responsible for Quality Control & Assurance activities of Rotary components & Skids. Position requires hands on experience of ASME, API codes and fabrication techniques and job execution with requirement such as IGC, NACE, HIC etc. Responsibilities - Preparation of Package Stage wise inspection plan for shop floor activities. - Carry out shop inspection of various stages of Visual Dimension check, Hydro test, Mechanical Run Test, Performance Test, Blasting, Painting, Pickling/Passivation etc. - Coordination & conducting Non-Destructive Testing - Preparation of Package Quality Dossier and get approved from customer. - Preparation of various audits such as customer audit, ISO 9001 audit & EHS audit - Identifying gaps in good engineering practices and implementing corrective actions to maintain world class quality of Nash Products - Work with the Engineering, Procurement and Operations team on time and defect free supply of customer orders - Coordination of post order customer site feedback on supplied material Quality Issues and work with Service and Engineering team for on time closure of customer feedback. Basic Qualifications BE Mechanical, ASNT NDT Level- II in RT,PT Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Through Office , Travelling occasionally.
